Will the frame rust?
Frametec rolls TRUECORE steel, which is coated for the life of the building, and finishes to the engineering spec. Coastal sites are a coating decision.

What about termites and fire?
Steel is not eaten and does not add fuel to a fire, which is why it suits bushfire-prone areas and high termite zones.
